We started offering Web Development support informally late last year with our In-House Web Developer. We are now ready to officially offer this complementary service to all of our clients.
Our Web Developer will be able to assist with application level support including:-
- Website Performance Audit
- Application Support
- Troubleshooting Coding Issues
- Extensions/Plugins Installation (Best Effort Basis)
- Themes Installation (Best Effort Basis)
Complex issues may be chargeable but you will always be notified ahead of time and you will need to agree to it before we start working on them to prevent any surprises.
Please note that our Web Developer will only assist with issues and will not be responsible for maintaining your website for you. You may still need to hire a web developer or web development agency for regular website maintenance.
