During the earlier years of Aspiration Hosting, the only option we offer to obtain Technical Support is by our 24×7 Helpdesk (and Emails which are piped into our Helpdesk). We have also added 24×7 Live Chat Support in the past few years.
Many of our clients have been requesting that we offer Phone Support but it is something that we hesitated due to a few reasons:-
– We were a small team with limited resources
– We used to only hire Level III grade Senior Technical Engineers
– Technical Support through the phone is more difficult to manage and document
We are happy to say that all of the above issues have been resolved:-
– As we grow bigger, this allows us to increase our team size
– We recently hired and trained a team of Level I & II grade Junior Technicians to provide phone support
– We will only offer basic Technical Support through phone and anything else will still go through our 24×7 Helpdesk
As such, we are now ready to offer 24×7 Technical Support over the phone! As this is still very new for us, we will launch our Phone Support program in BETA.
24×7 Phone Support is included for Free with our Inspire/AspirePro Web Hosting plan and all Managed Cloud Server plans. For our Aspire and AspirePlus clients, there is a charge of $10.00/month but the first month will be Free and you can cancel at anytime.

After signing up, it can take up to 24 hours (48 hours during the weekend) for us to activate your Phone Support account.
Once activated, you will receive an email with our US Toll-Free Phone Number and a six (6) digit Support PIN code that you will need to key in before your call can be connected to one of our agents.
